For the Xi'an Simo ZFQZ series DC motors for frequent starting and braking, "Z" indicates the presence of a compensating winding, "FQZ" indicates frequent starting and braking, and "Z" represents a DC motor. Take Simo Motor's ZFQZ-280-4 2 B as an example: the letter "B" indicates that the motor has a compensating winding (only applicable to motors with a center height of 250 and 280); "2" represents the front end cover serial number (No. 1 is the short end cover, and No. 2 is the long end cover); "4" represents the armature core length serial number; "280" indicates the center height of the motor (in millimeters).
The center height of the ZFQZ series Xi'an Simo DC motors is 250-450MM. They are new products designed and manufactured using the latest technology based on the series of DC motors. The moment of inertia of the motors is 45% and 65% of that of the ZZJ-800 and ZZJ-900 series respectively, adapting to the harsh working conditions of frequent forward and reverse rotations and frequent starting and braking. The motors have excellent overload characteristics, and their maximum torques are 112% and 117% of those of the ZZJ-800 and ZZJ-900 series respectively. The weight of the motors is only 65% of that of the ZZJ-800 series. Through the base plate, the motors can achieve the main installation dimensions consistent with those of the ZZJ-800 and ZZJ-900 series, and the corresponding shaft extension dimensions of the ZZJ-800 and ZZJ-900 series can be made through negotiation. Therefore, they can replace the products of the ZZJ-800 and ZZJ-900 series.
The performance, installation form, and technical requirements of Xi'an Simo motors all comply with national standards (GB); except for the axial distance of the low-foot holes (dimension B), the other external installation dimensions comply with international standards.
- The motors are suitable for places where the ambient air temperature is between -30°C and 40°C and the altitude does not exceed 1000 meters.
- The power supply for the motors can adopt a static rectifier power supply or a DC generator power supply.
- The cooling air of the motors should not contain gases such as acids and alkalis that will damage the insulation and commutation performance of the motors.
- This series of Simo motors can be installed in relatively harsh environmental conditions, but the correct cooling method and protection level must be selected to ensure the normal operation of the motors.
- When the motors are powered by a static rectifier power supply, the number of pulse waves of the rectifier should not be too small.
- Under the rated base speed, rated voltage, and rated load current, the peak ripple factor of the power supply does not exceed 10%, and it is allowed not to connect an external smoothing reactor.

- Seriously implement relevant national standards, and strictly manufacture and inspect the products according to the standards or contract technical requirements. Unqualified products will not leave the factory.

- Before placing an order, please refer to the product catalog of Xi'an Simo Motor to clarify the technical data such as the model specifications of the required products. If there are differences between the required variety and specifications and those in the catalog, please contact our factory. If there are special requirements, please put forward specific requirements in advance. After mutual negotiation and agreement, a contract or technical agreement shall be signed.
- When placing an order, please indicate the Simo motor model, power, voltage, speed, duty cycle, structural installation type, excitation mode, excitation voltage, number of shaft outlets, position of the terminal box, direction of rotation, as well as the names and quantities of the required accessories and spare parts.
- If it is necessary to be matched for export and there are requirements for the wet tropical area, please indicate it in the contract.
