- The insulation class of the motor is Class F.
- The rated armature voltage of the motor is 440V. Voltages of 400V, 220V or other voltages can also be derived according to user requirements. The low armature voltage is for constant torque speed regulation. Under the condition of continuous armature current, the minimum speed of the motor can reach 20r/min. At this time, the rated torque can still be maintained, and the speed is stable.
- The rated excitation voltage of the motor is 180V, and other excitation voltages can also be derived. To ensure the reliable insulation of the excitation system, when the excitation circuit is disconnected, a discharge resistor needs to be connected in parallel at both ends of the excitation winding to prevent the self-induced electromotive force. When the excitation voltage is 180 - 220V, its value is approximately 7 times the cold resistance value of the excitation winding. If the excitation voltage is 320 - 370V, its value is approximately 5 times.
- The efficiency value in the technical data sheet is the efficiency at the rated power, rated voltage and rated speed. It includes the excitation loss, but does not include the power required by the ventilation device.
- The ZSN4 - 225 motor does not have a compensating winding, but has a series excitation winding.
- The motor is provided with a terminal post with a grounding mark.

- Seriously implement relevant national standards, and strictly manufacture and inspect the products according to the standards or contract technical requirements. Unqualified products will not leave the factory.

- Before placing an order, please refer to the Simo Motor product catalog to determine the model specifications and other data of the required product. Indicate the motor model, power, voltage, speed, excitation method, excitation voltage, communication structure and installation type in the order contract. The technical data is shown in Table 3, and the external installation dimensions are shown in Figures 1-5.
- When there are special requirements for Simo Motor products, such as double shaft extension, the terminal box position being the reverse box, and being equipped with a speed measuring device, etc., they must be clearly indicated in the contract.
- If the required variety and specification are beyond those listed in this catalog, or there are other special requirements, a contract and a technical agreement should be signed after mutual negotiation and agreement.
